Do you love drawing and find inspiration in the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita? Here's your chance to turn your art into something wearable, shareable, and deeply meaningful.

We're inviting artists of all ages and skill levels to participate in the GitaWise T-Shirt Drawing Contest. Let your creativity flow and help bring the spirit of conscious living and inner strength to life through your artwork.

🎨 Contest Theme: Live the Gita

Your drawing should reflect the heart of the Bhagavad Gita — themes like mindfulness, duty (dharma), inner peace, courage, detachment, or devotion. You can draw symbols, characters (like Krishna or Arjuna), nature, abstract art, or original interpretations of Gita verses.

Selection Criteria:

- Submissions will be showcased for public voting (likes).

- Top entries will be selected based on a minimum of 100 likes on GitaWise Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/GitaWise/ .

- GitaWise authorities reserve the right to make final decisions on winners.

By participating, contestants acknowledge and agree to abide by GitaWise's decisions.

🧾 Contest Rules & Guidelines

To make sure your artwork looks great on a t-shirt and meets contest requirements, please follow these rules:

✅ Artwork Requirements

• Original Drawings Only – No copied, traced, or AI-generated work
  
  

• Design Size: Maximum 12" wide × 16" tall (portrait or square)
  
  

• Mediums Allowed: Markers
  
  

• Colors: Black & white or up to 4 colors max (solid colors only – no gradients)
  
  

• Background: Keep it clean — white or transparent background preferred
  
  

• File Format: Scan or photograph your drawing clearly (JPG, PNG, or PDF). 300 DPI preferred
  
  

• Placement: Front of t-shirt only
  
  

✋ Restrictions

• No offensive, violent, or disrespectful imagery
  
  

• Avoid religious symbols unless they are relevant and respectful to the Gita’s teachings
  
  

• No copyrighted characters or logos
  
  

• Designs should be suitable for a broad, family-friendly audience
  
  

🗓 Important Dates

• Submission Deadline: July 15th, 2025
  
  

• Public Voting: July 16th, 2025
  
  

• Winners Announced: July 22nd, 2025
  
  

🏆 Prizes

• Grand Prize Winner: $100 + Your design featured as an official GitaWise t-shirt
  
  

• Runner-Up: GitaWise Gift Box
  
  

• Youth Artist Award (Under 18): Art Kit
  
  

• All finalists will be showcased on our website and social media

1. Draw your design based on the theme
   
   

2. Scan or photograph it in high quality

4. Include a short artist statement (50–100 words) explaining the meaning of your drawing
